On August 1, 2018, the First Presidency announced the call of Area Presidencies for all areas in North America. Previously, the areas had been supervised by members of the seven Presidents of the Seventy. With the call of Area Presidents, the work of salvation on both sides of the veil can be accelerated with priesthood keys aligned in a revelatory way. This inspired change has given each area the opportunity to develop Area Plans that can help us individually, as families and as leaders in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to move the work forward in a higher and holier way. We are posting these plans so all can see them and use them in ways that will inspire us in the work of the Lord.
